8th Annual Say No To Drugs Race Los Angeles

OUR BENEFICIARIES

The "Drug-Free Marshalls" youth drug-education and prevention program was created and launched by the Church of Scientology International in 1993. It's a program to educate children as young as 6 on the dangers of drugs, and to challenge them to remain drug-free. They demonstrate their commitment by being “sworn in” as Drug-Free Marshals, pledging to remain drug-free and to encourage their peers to do the same.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Burbank is a unique organization, whose goal is to provide every child with the essential tools needed for a bright and successful future. Since 1931, the vision of Boys & Girls Clubs has grown and evolved with the needs of our children. As the needs of our children and their families continue to change, so will the dynamics of our programs and services.

Friends of Narconon's mission encompasses several areas to combat the drug problem such as:

• New Hope on the Drug Abuse Battleground
• Reducing the Growing Drug Problem
• Effective Drug Education
• Drug Addiction Referral Services
• Community Awareness and Support

SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER
Even if you don't run, you can still support the Say No To Drugs race and the efforts of the runners by volunteering at the race. Help is needed as follows:

• Registration, T-shirts, food tables,
water stations,course direction, mile timers
• Finish line, stage helpers, trail course monitors
• Ongoing cleanup
